Refund Policy
Refund policy for Goldratt Research Labs simulators
We offer a 100% refund on any Simulator App license purchased on any unactivated licenses. This refund is only available within 14 days of the original purchase.
We cannot refund activated licenses as there is no way to deactivate simulator licenses once they are activated on your computer.
1. Refund Requests: For all refund requests, please contact us at support@goldrattresearchlabs.com. Our team will assist you through the refund process.
2. Accidental Purchases: If you have made an accidental purchase, such as buying both a 1-Year and a 5-Year Renewable license, please contact us and we'll help you.
3. 14-Day Refund Window: We offer a 14-day refund period for all purchases, provided we have not generated and sent you the licenses to activate your simulators. You are eligible for a full refund, if you have not received your license.
4. Activated Licenses: Once we have generated the licenses and sent them to you, and you have activated them, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. The reason is that we are not able to cancel/ deactivate your simulator license.
5. Partial Refunds for Multiple Licenses: If you have purchased multiple licenses and have only received and activated a portion of them, you may request a refund for the unactivated licenses. This refund is only available within 14 days of the original purchase.
6. Technical Support: If you encounter any issues with the simulator not working as expected, we are here to help. Our team will assist you in opening the simulators and activating your license.

Important Note on Activating the License for Your Simulators
To activate your license for all simulators in Goldratt's Simulator Bundle, it is essential that you send us your unique computer code. This code can be found in the simulators, and is only used to generate the licenses.
Finding Your Computer Code:
- Your computer code can be found within any of the simulators in the bundle.
- The instructions provided for each simulator will guide you on how to locate this code, links to the instructions can be found in point 7 and in the footer of this page.
Next Steps:
- Once you have located your computer code, please send it to us at support@goldrattresearchlabs.com.
- Upon receiving your computer code, we will generate your personalized license and send it to you for activation.
License Generation and Activation:
The process of generating and sending your license begins as soon as we receive your computer code.
Remember, our 14-day refund window applies from the date of your purchase, not from the date of license activation.
Please note that our refund policy is subject to change.
We will reach out to everyone who's bought our simulators if we change our refund policies.
